Collab Centre Members T & Cs

  1. Promotion of Collab Centre: By becoming a member, you agree to actively promote Collab Centre and its services through various channels. This includes, but is not limited to, social media platforms, blogs, and other online forums.

  2. Participation in giveaways: As a holder, you are eligible to participate in the highlights giveaways and agree to actively engage in the promotions. This includes following the rules and guidelines set forth by Collab Centre.

  3. Retweeting Collab Centre Tweets: You agree to retweet Collab Centre tweets to your followers as a way of promoting the platform. This includes using appropriate hashtags and other promotional materials provided by Collab Centre.

  4. Updating embassy channels: Holders are required to keep the embassy channels updated with the latest information about their projects. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date information about your project and any changes or updates to it.

  5. Cooperation with staff: You agree to cooperate with the Collab Centre staff in all matters pertaining to your membership and participation in the platform. This includes responding promptly to requests for information or assistance.

  6. Effective and timely communication: Members are expected to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the Collab Centre staff and other members. This includes responding to messages and emails promptly and providing accurate and complete information.

  7. Promotion of NFTs: You agree to put your NFTs in the exchange to promote your project and allow Collab Centre to use your NFTs to promote both your project and Collab Centre. This includes granting Collab Centre the necessary rights to display and promote your NFTs in connection with the platform.

  8. Promotion of CC events: You agree to actively promote Collab Centre events through various channels. This includes, but is not limited to, social media platforms, blogs, and other online forums.

  9. Creation of a channel in Discord: You agree to create a channel in Discord for Collab Centre to advertise themselves. This includes granting Collab Centre the necessary rights to post promotional materials in the channel.

  10. By becoming a member of Collab Centre, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Collab Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Code Of Conduct

Market Manipulation
Projects will refrain from market manipulation.  As part of this, projects will not:
  - Revoke a holder's benefits if the holder chooses to list their NFT
  - Use multiple wallets to buy and sell their own NFTs in order to create false trading volume.
Team Members

Project Team members do not abuse their position to make money through the community

Transparency

Being clear with the community; this includes key decisions, time off, any issues that may arise.

Sell Shaming

Diamond / paper hands shaming is to not be used in any way.

Doxxed Founders

Project Founders should be Doxxed either in public or to Collab Centre. Links to social profile’s such as LinkedIn (if you have one) & X included

Project Team Channel

A project should name its team & their social accounts should be attached

Wallet Transparency

Wallets should be attached to official links category

Community

No bullying, harassment, racism, sexism should be tolerated. It would not be tolerated in a workplace, it should not be tolerated in the online workplaces of our brands. Also comply with Discord & Social platform Rules.

Founder Activity

A founder should at least communicate with their community at least once a week ( emergencies, family matters, holidays are exceptions )

Compliance

Comply with your countries laws & legislation regarding crypto

Videos & Graphics

  1. By engaging our services for creating graphics and videos for your company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

  3. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and patent, in the graphics and videos created for your company shall be and remain the property of your company. We will not retain any rights to the graphics and videos created for your company, except as necessary to provide our services.

  4. Use of Graphics and Videos

  5. Your company has the right to use the graphics and videos created for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotional materials. We reserve the right to use the graphics and videos created for your company for our portfolio and self-promotion.

  6. Confidentiality

  7. We understand the confidential nature of your company's business, and we agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided to us in the course of providing our services. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent.

  8. Payment

  9. Our fees for creating graphics and videos for your company shall be as agreed upon between us and your company. All fees shall be payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the graphics and videos until payment is received.

  10. Changes and Revisions

  11. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the graphics and videos created for your company meet your specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that the graphics and videos will meet your expectations. If revisions are required, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for changes and revisions requested after the initial delivery of the graphics and videos.

  12. Termination

  13. Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, your company shall pay for all services provided up to the date of termination.

  14. Limitation of Liability

  15. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the creation of graphics and videos for your company. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid by your company for our services.

  16. Governing Law

  17. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province/country where we are based.

  18. Entire Agreement

  19. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and your company with respect to the creation of graphics and videos for your company, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written. This agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.

  20. By engaging our services for creating graphics and videos for your company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Consultations

  1. Scope of Services: The consulting services provided by the NFT project consulting service are limited to the scope and level of service specified in the selected consulting package.

  2. Payment: The client agrees to pay the consulting service the fees associated with the selected consulting package. Payment terms and schedule will be outlined in a separate agreement between the client and consulting service.

  3. Confidentiality: All information disclosed by the client to the consulting service will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the client's express consent, except as required by law.

  4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the NFT project created or consulted on by the consulting service will be owned by the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the client and consulting service.

  5. Limitation of Liability: The consulting service will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the consulting service harmless against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the NFT project.

  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the consulting agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. The consulting service reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  7. Governing Law: The consulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the consulting service is located.

  8. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with any other agreements or documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the client and consulting service with respect to the services provided.

By engaging the NFT project consulting service, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Paid Membership
